Is it worth repairing a dripping faucet?
Usually. Cartridges, washers, and seals are inexpensive, and a steady drip wastes a surprising amount of water. If the faucet body is corroded or parts are no longer available, we will say so and quote a replacement instead.
Do you install fixtures I purchase myself?
Yes. Bring home the faucet, sink, or shower fixture you love and we will install it properly: correct supply connections, no leaks, and we test everything before we leave. Two of us on the job when it helps, with drop cloths down.
Why is my shower pressure low at one fixture only?
A single low fixture usually means a clogged aerator or cartridge, or a failing mixing valve, not a house-wide problem. It is typically a quick, inexpensive fix.
Can you replace hard-to-reach shut-off valves under sinks?
Yes, and it is worth doing. Working angle stops let you shut off a fixture in seconds during a leak instead of running for the main. We often replace them while doing other fixture work.
